- This service is for patients who are already established on their medication and do not require a medical appointment at this time.
- Upon booking, you will automatically receive a questionnaire, which must be completed for the clinician to review your request. If any further clarification is needed, we will contact you directly.
- This service is only available to patients who have previously been seen by a clinician at Private Psychiatry or are already known to the practice. We must be familiar with your medical history to issue prescriptions safely and responsibly.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by pharmacy processing times or national medication shortages.
