PSYCHIATRIST

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Psychiatrist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.
  • Provide evidence-based medication management and monitor patient responses to treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • A medical degree from a recognised institution and GMC registration with a license to practice in the UK.
  • Completion of specialist training in Psychiatry and inclusion on the GMC Specialist Register (or eligibility to apply).
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including ADHD and/or Autism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.

PSYCHOLOGIST

We are looking for a committed and skilled Clinical Psychologist to expand our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions across a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Provide psychotherapy for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship problems, utilising models such as CBT, DBT, or psychodynamic therapy.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering psychological perspectives on patient care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with research and best practices in clinical psychology.
  • Maintain timely and accurate patient records, adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality laws.

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) or equivalent, accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS).
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practising Clinical Psychologist.
  • Proven experience in psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention with a diverse client group.
  • Experience in working with patients with neurodevelopmental conditions, ADHD and ASD
  • Competency in various therapeutic modalities with a strong evidence base.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
