Private Psychiatry LLP provides a comprehensive service for individuals with all forms of mental health and emotional problems. We welcome new patients to the practice, and are always happy to accept referrals from GPs and other specialists, solicitors, family members and patients themselves. We can also accept referrals from the NHS, providing the patient has private funding.

You can be seen in our Consulting rooms by one of our experienced Consultant Psychiatrists who will aim to undertake a thorough assessment of your problems and propose a plan to treat and manage them. Where required, further investigations and tests will be arranged. Appointments are made on a flexible basis and regular follow up reviews will be arranged at appropriate intervals.
Should you require psychological help or talking therapies we will be happy to arrange sessions with a suitable therapist. We can recommend a variety of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), counselling, hypnotherapy, drama therapy, Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Addictions Therapy, Group Therapy, Psychotherapy, Anxiety Management and Anger Management.
We offer a home alcohol detoxification programme for people with alcohol problems. You can be assessed by one of our Consultants who will decide with you whether this is appropriate for you and make the necessary arrangements for home detoxification along with the team. In some instances it may be more appropriate to treat mental health problems in hospital. If you require admission to an inpatient ward, you can be admitted to the Capio Nightingale Hospital in London, Priory Hospital Hayes Grove in Bromley, Kent or Priory Hospital Ticehurst in East Sussex.
