Patient Satisfaction Survey

As a part of our commitment to patient care and service, we undertake regular Patient Satisfaction Surveys.  The response to our most recent survey was very positive.  

All the respondents felt they were listened to carefully, were treated with respect and dignity, were given enough time to discuss their condition and treatment and had trust and confidence in the Psychiatrist they saw. 100% of respondents rated the care they received as "Excellent" or "Very Good".

* Telephone consultation can be used only as a follow-up appointment. Initial consultation is always done face-to-face.
